I had as many art classes as allowed per semester in school as far back as i can remember, even contemplated going to college for it and at the last minute, i decided i didn't want to be "starving", so i opted for architecture and after 2 semesters of that decided i made a bad decision as architecture is all about numbers and only rendering was my forte. i had my hands on EVERY form of medium i could get my hands on EXCEPT digital art and photography, so i am new to those, but quickly learning. slowly, life goes on, and art drifted away and my family drifted in, now, i am finding i have a bit of time on my hands at the end of the day and art, in any form, is like my meditation, decompressing time, where i can leave everything behind me, and let my mind wander in to that far off woods where there's a dark root cellar with nothing more than a light bulb hanging from the ceiling, a table and chair with a piece of paper and a pencil and....my imagination, where i can forget, just for a while, everything, and let things happen.
